A non-refundable, non-transferable deposit (20%) is due for each person
upon registration.

The balance monies due shall be paid by the customer to Lotus Yoga Retreat not less than 4 weeks prior to the date of departure. Bookings within the last 4 weeks must be paid in full at time of booking. Payment can be made via the web site (Paypal), transfer.
Cancellation Policy
If payment of neither the deposit nor the balance is not received by the due date Lotus Yoga Retreat reserves the right to cancel the reservation and retain the deposit.
In the event of cancellation by the customer, the following refund fees, minus the deposit, apply. The deposit is non-refundable:
Cancellation 2 weeks or less before due arrival date, 0% refund
Cancellation 2 to 4 weeks before due arrival date, 25% refund
Cancellation 4 to 8 weeks before due arrival date, 50% refund
Cancellation more than 8 weeks before due arrival date, 100% refund
No transfers are permitted.
No refunds will be made for failure to attend or to complete the retreat.
Refunds will be processed after the retreat ends. Our cancellation policy
is firm.
Limitation of Liability
Lotus Yoga Retreat can not be responsible nor liable for any injury, illnesses, loss or
damage of property, obligations derived from travel arrangements, or
disruption of program due to circumstances beyond the control of Lotus Yoga Retreat.
Dina has been practising movement and meditation since the early 90s and teaching full time in London since 2000 having acquired both the British Wheel and Yoga Alliance Advanced qualifications through extensive training with a wide range of teachers internationally. Her practice is inspired by the breath-synchronised dance of Ashtanga combined with the precision of Iyengar and the sensitivity and softness of gentler approaches like yin and restorative yoga.
On retreats, her morning sessions start with gentle stretching and pranayama (breathing exercises) building gradually into a strong dynamic flow practice presented in a step-by-step format, suitable for all levels of ability. The more gentle evening sessions focus on relaxation and release, promoting harmony, healthy immune functioning and improving overall vitality. She likes yoga because it works!

The holiday retreat is suitable for any level of experience. The retreat setting also allows for plenty of individual guidance so that we’ll be able to work with your specific level and requirements.
Typical Daily Schedule
This yoga holiday retreat is 10 days long; we will start in the afternoon of the 07th and finish around lunchtime on the 17th January. The following is the basic schedule we will follow daily, with the exceptions of the first and last day and a rest-day we will take in the middle.
This schedule is flexible and may be adjusted to any special needs or wishes of the group.
