(only if you sign up with friend(s)). You will be able to share the Hut with your friend.

B: Single Plan

You will share a Hut with one of the participants.

The fee includes:

・ Accommodations (2 singles in the Hut March 1st to 8th for 8 days and 7 nights) 
・ two meals a day (big buffet brunch, big buffet dinner + early morning fresh fruit)
・ Yoga sessions with Rachel Zinman ( five-seven hours a day) 

 

Priviledges

-This retreat is Yoga Alliance approved for international accreditation, and you will be able to count the hours towards 500 hr Teacher Training hosted by Spirit Yoga or Rachel Zinman's Teacher Training. You will receive a letter of completion at the end of the retreat.

-An interpreter will support your life in Goa, India.

-You will get 5% off for any holistic treatments at the retreat.

Deposit

¥ 30,000 
-This non-refundable deposit of \30000 MUST be paid within three days from your booking.
-This deposit will be deducted from the total fee.
-The total amount MUST be paid within 30 days from the date you deposit.

Terms and Conditions

 

  • See all terms and conditions.
  • A non-refundable, non-transferable deposit (20%) is due for each person upon registration.
  • You can register online on this page and you will receive an email confirming the availability and price.
  • The balance monies due shall be paid by the customer to Lotus Yoga Retreat not less than 4 weeks prior to the date of departure. Bookings within the last 4 weeks must be paid in full at time of booking. Payment can be made via the web site (Paypal), transfer.

 

Cancellation Policy

  • If payment of neither the deposit nor the balance is not received by the due date Lotus Yoga Retreat reserves the right to cancel the reservation and retain the deposit.
  • Deposit is non-refundable at any cost, even in case of medical issues.
    -Until November 25th: total amount minus deposit of \30000 refunded
    -Until January 1st: half the total amount minus deposit of \30000 refunded
    -Until January 31st: 25% of the amount minus deposit of \30000 refunded
    -February 1st or later: No Refund
  • No transfers are permitted.
  • No refunds will be made for failure to attend or to complete the retreat.
  • Refunds will be processed after the retreat ends. Our cancellation policy is firm.

 

Limitation of Liability

  • Lotus Yoga Retreat can not be responsible nor liable for any injury, illnesses, loss or damage of property, obligations derived from travel arrangements, or disruption of program due to circumstances beyond the control of Lotus Yoga Retreat.

Rachel Zinman

Rachel has twenty-one years of practicing and fifteen years of teaching experience. She teaches both Iyengar and Ashtanga methods in Australia. She also has a career as a dancer, dance teacher, choreographer, and musician. In 2000, she was introduced to Alan Finger, the founder of Ishta yoga, and taught at his studio Be Yoga, in New York, for four years. At that time, she started to present yoga in teacher trainings, then relocated to her native country, Australia, in 2004. About the Retreat
India is full of Magic and mystery and truly inspiring! Imagine practicing in early dawn light to the sounds of faraway temple prayers, walk on a sun kissed beach and delight in the color and vibrancy of local markets. Our retreat will focus on the chakras. Morning classes will include asana, pranayama, mantras, mudras and yantra visualizations and meditations related to each chakra pluys lectures on the philosophy of the chakras. In the afternoon sessions we will explore the elements as they relate to each chakra through practice and play.

-By having an opportunity to relax and rest everything once a year, I feel like I've acquired the knowledge to manage my stress. In Japan it's hard to experience warm weather, nature and healthy lifestyle. To experience a totally different from my normal life in Japan was very influential for me.

-I was very happy to overlook the ocean and practice yoga everyday. It was very enjoyable knowing about ayurveda at a deeper level. Trying out mantra, yantra, mudra, asana, restorative yoga, partner yoga, etc was a fullfillinf experiene. I got along with other members, and it was such a good encounter.

-By being away from daily life in Japan, I was able to focus and be ready to learn naturally. And I felt that that was a good thing about joining retreat. Having 10 friends to spend time and study together for 10 days helped me understand ayurveda deeper. Rachel gave us some surprises, which made the whole thing an unfirgettable experience.

This yoga retreat is 7 days long; we will start in the afternoon of the 01st and finish around lunchtime on the 08th March. The following is the basic schedule we will follow daily, with the exceptions of the first and last day and a rest-day we will take in the middle.
This schedule is flexible and may be adjusted to any special needs or wishes of the group.

 

The holiday retreat is suitable for any level of experience. Whether you have a regular well established practice, or have just recently begun to experience the benefits of yoga these 7 days will give you the opportunity to fully immerse yourself into the deepening of your practice and touch upon an authentic experience of yoga.
